Vic Greener spent seven hours tattooing Tulisa and claims she talked non-stop about herself and was horrified when she was told she had to smoke by the door.
In an exclusive chat with the Daily Star, Vic insists: “She’s never coming back through our door.
“Tulisa won’t be welcome here again. I thought she had a basic lack of respect.
“In our studio we have one rule: be nice or f*** off.
“She’s had massive opportunities and should be humble about it, but she’s probably surrounded by sycophants and has started to believe the hype.”
Vic, 50, carried out two designs – lyrics from her song The Female Boss on her lower back and Lucky You plus a shamrock on her bikini line, which Tulisa unveiled on holiday in Marbella in May.
They were inked back in February at Vic’s Demon Ink studio in Gosforth, Tyne and Wear, when she was still dating footballer Danny Simpson.
Vic, who has tattooed Premier League stars including Gabriel Obertan and Nile Ranger, says she tried to smoke against their rules.
He insists: “We’re very down to earth. We have a lot of famous footballers in here but Tulisa was the first pop star, if you call her a star.
“But I’m the boss in this shop, not her.”
Vic’s wife Julie, 41, adds: “It was apparent to her that we’re not a studio where she’d get waited on.
“I didn’t make her lunch or give her any special treatment and it was all about how she got tattooed in LA and was allowed to drink and smoke.
“She said she gave the guy in LA £100 so she could get tattooed while smoking.
“But we told her it didn’t matter how much money she had, she couldn’t get tattooed while smoking here. I told her she had to stand in the doorway with the door open. It was raining a little and she couldn’t believe it.
“She said: ‘The door? I’ve got to stand at the door?’ and I said: ‘Yes because we don’t smoke’.
“She was so aloof and haughty, her non verbal communication spoke volumes.”
The couple say 24-year-old Tulisa, who was recently arrested on suspicion of supplying class A drugs, also bragged about her street credentials and talked non-stop about herself.
“She was going on about herself the whole time she was here,” says Julie.
“It was all about her and it just got boring.”
After Tulisa and Danny left, pics of their day at the studio emerged – and the former X Factor judge accused Vic and Julie of selling the photos.
But they insist they only put them on Twitter with her agreement.
Julie says: “She decided we had sold photos taken of them here, something we would never do.
“The pictures we put on Twitter were staged and agreed with her.
“Instead of picking up the phone and asking us, she called us snakes on Twitter and said: ‘You won’t be seeing me again.’
“We don’t want her back here anyway!
“Danny rang up and apologised on behalf of her, and told us she was going to ring us but she didn’t.
“He said: ‘She’s just a hothead, she blew up, I’m so sorry.’ To this day she’s never apologised to us. Vic spent 20 years building his reputation
“This shop is Vic’s life, so she should apologise to him.”
The Greeners even say they didn’t make any money at all from Tulisa, who yesterday posted a sexy new web picture of herself after a glam makeover, because they forgot to charge her for the tattoos.
Julie says: “Tulisa didn’t pay for her tattoo. They were here for so long I charged Danny and completely forgot to charge Tulisa.
“So we didn’t actually make any money off her, let alone the thousands she accused us of getting from photos.”
A spokesman for Tulisa says: “The reason there has been a fall-out is that it was agreed no photos were to be released from the session as it was private, but the tattoo parlour put photos on Twitter against Tulisa’s wishes.
“Tulisa has no interest in going back to this tattoo parlour after they released photos without her permission.
“This is just someone trying to get publicity on the back of Tulisa.”
The Greeners did not receive any payment for this interview.
